🍁 We have ‘beary’ exciting news! 🐻 Our ‘Canadian Wilds’ zone is getting a new name and a few new faces!
This fall, we will warmly welcome two male polar bears, ‘Baffin’ and ‘Siku,’ from the Assiniboine Park Zoo. The bears will reside in our new world-class polar bear habitat in the heart of the newly renamed ‘Wild Canada’ zone (previously ‘Canadian Wilds’).
Baffin and Siku’s new habitat will provide an enriching environment that encourages the expression of natural behaviors, provides cognitive challenges, and stimulates play.
