Facilities accredited by the The Association of Zoos and Aquariums are providing the best animal welfare while also building connections with their guests through educational opportunities and conservation based missions.
In 2024, with your support we were able to donate a total of $8,087 to conservation efforts world wild.
Conservation efforts benefiting Asian wild horses, sloth bears, jaguars, rhinos, amphibians, and more!
Lee Richardson Zoo also provided in-kind support to North American Monarch SAFE and participates in a number of Species Survival Plans along with other AZA -accredited zoos striving to enhance the sustainability of populations.
We want to thank all of our Staff for the hard work they do each and everyday and we of course want to thank our amazing community and guests who visit from around the globe for their support and valuing the Zoo not only as the gorgeous park it is, but for the work we do to conserve wildlife and wild places.
