Happy Sweet 16, Sweet Mazy 🐅🐾

Since spending time at the Wildlife Health Centre recently, Mazy has been feeling great and her usual self now that she’s back in Eurasia Wilds. Her appetite has rebounded, and she continues to share her sassy self with everyone around her.

Her Wildlife Care team has started her training again, which she has done well with. Her progress with training behaviors can sometimes be very slow, yet keepers look forward to continued opportunities with her 🐾

Since coming to the Toronto Zoo in 2019, she has been a guest favorite and a wonderful breeding partner for our male tiger, Vasili. Both Mazy and Vasili continue to vocalize to one another regularly, which you may hear during your visits 🐅

We wish her a special day filled with many treats and visitors who love her as much as we do! 🎈🎉
