We’re honored to announce a new partnership with Kyambura Lion Monitoring Project, part of the Volcanoes Safaris Partnership Trust, in Uganda to help protect one of East Africa’s most threatened lion populations. With fewer than 40 lions remaining in Queen Elizabeth National Park, our support will aid in daily monitoring of the lion population, conducting an annual census of carnivores in the park, and training local Ugandans in scientific monitoring techniques.
