Le Zoo de Granby est très heureux d’annoncer que l’entente de principe survenue le 20 février dernier a été adoptée à 99% par ses employés, signifiant du même coup la fin du conflit de travail!
L’entente permettra notamment de renforcer l’attractivité de l’organisation et la rétention de son personnel, grâce, entre autres, à des mesures de conciliation travail-famille avantageuses.
Le retour au travail se déroulera dans les prochaines semaines, conformément à un protocole qui prévoit une réintégration progressive et harmonieuse des équipes afin d’assurer une reprise efficace des activités du Zoo, au bénéfice des visiteurs, des animaux sous nos soins et de la communauté.
