Prepare for Your Nashville Zoo Visit with Parking and Entry Policies
Spring and summer are right around the corner! As beautiful, sunny days approach, please prepare for your Zoo visit by understanding our parking and entry policies. See below.
Construction and Limited Parking
Construction of a parking garage has limited the number of parking spots available, so the Zoo uses a reserved entry time system to provide the best guest experience and prevent overcrowding. Online, advance tickets are required for both members and non-member guests, and a limited number of tickets are available for each entry time slot to ensure each guest has a parking spot.
What to Expect in the Parking Lot
Be sure to arrive at the Zoo several minutes prior to your entry time to allow for a smooth experience. On busy days, it is typical to experience delays entering the Zoo from Nolensville Pike and wait in a queue as our parking lot attendants usher guests into available spots. On our busiest days, we utilize an overflow lot next to our property and run a tram service to it throughout the day.
Closed Features Inside the Zoo
Some features are currently closed inside the Zoo due to construction, so guests should check out the ‘Know Before You Go’ section on the Zoo’s website to see all construction updates around the Zoo.
