Today, we will discuss some of the Utica Zoo’s rich history over the past 106 years and introduce you to our oldest resident, Polly, the Salmon-Crested Cockatoo. Polly is in his mid-80s and has been at the Zoo for A long time, so he has seen much of our history with his own eyes.
