The Dromedary Camel (Camelus dromedarius), also known as the Arabian camel, is a large, even-toed ungulate renowned for its distinctive single hump. This hump is a reservoir of fatty tissues that can be converted into water and energy, enabling the camel to thrive in harsh desert environments.
