Big Bugs are taking over San Antonio Zoo this summer and we are kicking off with an exciting opening weekend celebration on May 24 & 25! Come face-to-face with towering, moving, larger-than-life insects and discover the wild world of bugs like never before.
To kick off the fun, opening weekend will feature entertainment including music from Bexar Brass Jazz Band in Zootennial Plaza from 10 AM to 2 PM, plus a high-energy Bubble Party from 10 AM to 1 PM on the Great Lawn. It’s an epic celebration of all things creepy, crawly, and cool!
