A great demonstration of how long a giraffes tongue is and how it is different colors! A giraffes tongue is purple AND pink! The purple part is the part of the tongue that is out of their mouth the most because in Africa, they spend so much time eating with tuheir tongue out that if it was pink, it would get sunburnt! The pinker part of the tongue is the part that is mostly in their mouth but every once in a while they stick it out far enough to see it!
They love to eat hay out of the top of their feeder like this, even though there’s a much easier way to eat it out of the bottom! 😂
